Senior Fashion Creative Director

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Fashion Creative Director to join our team at JPC Texson Ltd. in Hong Kong.

JPC Texson Ltd., a renowned woven fabric manufacturing group with a rich history, is headquartered in Hong Kong and has factories in China, Vietnam, and America. Our main market is the US, where we cater to discerning clients who demand high-quality fabrics.

As a Senior Fashion Creative Director, you will be responsible for providing fashion insights, conducting market research, and developing design concepts that align with current fashion trends and customer preferences. You will collaborate closely with sales, R&D, and US clients' fashion designers to produce market-attractive fabrics.

• Fashion Trend Analysis: Provide valuable insights from a fashion designer's perspective to enhance the appeal of produced fabrics.
• Fashion Direction: Develop design concepts and provide direction to align with current fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Market Research: Conduct research to gather information on fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences, especially focusing on fashion end products.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet market demands.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and R&D team from a designer's point of view to produce the best fabric suitable for US clients.
• Presentation: Present design concepts to internal teams, clients, and at trade shows.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of designs, prototypes, and final specifications for future reference.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and manufacturing plants to clarify requirements and follow up on design-related inquiries.
• Reporting: Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on design trends, market research findings, and project progress.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years in design roles in the textile or fashion industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong creative and artistic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• A strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences, especially in the US market. Experience in the US market is a plus.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

• A competitive salary range: HKD $550,000 - HKD $700,000 per annum (approximately USD $70,000 - USD $90,000). The actual salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
• 5 days work week.
• 13 months salary + bonus.
