We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Quantitative Trading Specialist to join our team at Crypto. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing risk during local time zone rotation, trading multiple derivatives products, and improving existing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage risk during local time zone + rotation for weekend shift.
- Trade multiple derivatives products, including but not limited to future, swap and option systematically.
- Improve existing strategies and develop new ones.
- Identify new markets and opportunities.
- Perform post-trade analysis of strategies.
- Collaborate with quant developers to implement trading strategies and system features.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative analytical field.
- 5+ years of profitable trading experience on a leading trading desk in a bank, proprietary trading, or market making environment in any asset class.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully building and managing trades.
- Familiarity with Python and a keen interest in expanding your technical skillset.
- Critical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, a willingness to take on challenges, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
