About the Opportunity:

As a Financial Content Strategist at EQDerivatives, you will have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career quickly. The role involves working on a suite of events for financial professionals in APAC, including curating event agendas and roundtables.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and other team members to ensure relevant asset owners and buysiders are speaking at or attending events. Your responsibilities will include researching organizations and people to develop a network of prospective speakers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with three to five years of relevant content or financial services experience;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Advanced networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain close relationships with industry professionals;
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to edit and proofread documents;
  • Strong verbal communication skills with comfort speaking to various people up to C-suite level in English;
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to be challenged;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Proficiency with MS Suite, Google Suite for Business essential;
  • An existing network of contacts on the buy-side is a big plus;
  • Additional language skills, especially Japanese, are a plus;
  • Candidate must have the right to work in Hong Kong.
