Job Summary

Societe Generale Assurances is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Trainee to join our team. As a DevOps Trainee, you will be responsible for managing users' requests, gathering information, and communicating through different channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage users' requests, gather information, and communicate through different channels
  • Investigate, identify, and resolve incidents and problems
  • Propose and develop solutions using technologies Java, C#
  • Collaborate with other IT development and infrastructure teams to ensure the stability of production
  • Monitor application and chain health. Build monitoring using external tools and develop in-house monitoring tool
  • Take initiatives to reduce the operational risks and improve efficiency of day-to-day production

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar majors
  • Have good knowledge on Unix and SQL
  • Capable to understand and code with programming languages (Java or C#)
  • Willing to learn, able to learn quickly
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a positive mindset and work as a team player
  • Fluent in English is mandatory

About the Role

This is a fixed-term 12-month Trainee contract with Societe Generale Assurances. You will form part of the team on a full-time basis. In order to apply for the Trainee position, please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full-time for the duration of the Trainee contract.
