Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) and other airport facilities. Key responsibilities include providing first-line response service, monitoring system performance, assisting in developing contingency plans, and coordinating maintenance activities with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line response service and fault attendance for BHS, AABD, EBS, BSS, RFID System and other airport facilities.
  • Control and monitor the performance of BHS, AABD, EBS, BSS, RFID and other airport facilities.
  • Assist in developing and refining the system failure contingency plan and conducting system failure drill exercises.
  • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance contractors to carry out maintenance for BHS, AABD, EBS, BSS, RFID and other airport facilities.
  • Prepare duty log, incident report, fault investigation and analysis of abnormal fault.
