About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our corporate communications strategies and coordinating corporate events, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to enhance corporate brand awareness and thought leadership among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compose high-quality content for diverse communication channels, including press releases, media kits, and social media.
  • Assist in proofreading and gatekeeping corporate collateral, as well as overseeing the production of high-quality corporate publications.
  • Actively participate in coordinating corporate thought leadership initiatives, such as forums, sponsored events, awards pitches, and ceremonies.
  • Provide team support and assist with ad hoc assignments when necessary.
Requirements
  • A degree holder with 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or media relations.
  • Experience in corporate communication or in-house/agency content creation is preferred but not required.
  • A strong understanding of the finance or insurance industry would be advantageous.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Analyst role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape.
  • Proficient storyteller capable of translating concepts, ideas, and data into impactful and visually compelling presentations.
  • Robust planning, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Energetic with a creative and adaptable mindset.
  • Consistently delivers on schedule and pays meticulous attention to details.
