Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser/Product Developer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers on product development and costing, focusing on a key theme park client globally. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure accurate cost estimation, efficient production planning, and effective customer communication throughout the process.

Requirements: To qualify for this role, you should have:
  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in toys merchandising and product development
  • Prior experience in servicing theme park customers for global markets is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost evaluation principles
  • Exceptional skillset in product development and order management
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese languages
  • Capacity to travel frequently (2-3 times annually)
