Le Labo - Lab Technician - Harbour City - Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Technician to join our team at Le Labo Harbour City. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of product presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including fragrance consultations, product demonstrations, and after-sales support
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, follow up on customer feedback, and enhance customer loyalty to the Le Labo brand

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of working experience in skincare, makeup, or fragrances retail
  • Basic knowledge of perfumes or fragrances work-related experience is a plus
  • Cheerful, active, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Good sales skills and customer service attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
