RNA Medicinal Chemist

We are seeking an experienced Nucleic Acid Chemistry Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking RNA therapeutics for treating genetic diseases, neurological disorders, and chronic illnesses.

1. Achieve Breakthroughs in RNA Drug Development: Conduct strategic drug molecular design, achieve patent breakthroughs in side chain modification and delivery systems for small nucleic acid innovative drug projects.
2. Optimize Lead Compounds: Analyze efficacy, pharmacokinetic, and safety data to confirm preclinical candidate compounds within established timelines.
3. Develop Intellectual Property Framework: Strategically develop and file patents related to chemical modifications and delivery systems, establishing a comprehensive intellectual property (IP) protection framework for associated programs.
4. Collaborate with External Partners: Manage collaborations with CROs and CDMOs for chemical synthesis, purification, analytical testing, quality control, and monitor vendor progress to ensure compound quality.

1. Master's or PhD Degree: In Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of industry experience in relevant fields; hands-on experience in small nucleic acid modifications and delivery systems is highly preferred.
2. Strong Literature Review Skills: Ability to independently search and analyze domestic/international patents, technical publications, and regulatory guidelines.
3. Detail-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible with a positive attitude; excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
