Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to join our technology team. As a Programme Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programme plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure that agreed service levels are met.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with experience in managing large-scale programmes in the Government sector.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing programme plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Coordinating with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitoring programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Ensuring quality outputs, reviewing programme performance, and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Superior programme management capabilities, with a proven track record in managing large-scale programmes.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience, including 10 years in programme management and solutioning.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience within vendor and user environments.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • PMP & ITIL certification.
