We are seeking a talented Photographer to join our team in Hong Kong, specializing in fine art reproductions. This role requires an excellent eye for colour, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to create faithful representations of high-value artworks.

The ideal candidate has proven experience photographing artworks with accuracy. You will produce high-quality images showcasing original artworks. Your work will be instrumental in creating compelling visual content for marketing and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-end fine art reproductions capturing intricate details.
  2. Establish and maintain optimal camera settings, lighting, and equipment configurations.
  3. Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring efficient file management and backups.
  4. Stay current with industry-leading software and technology advancements.
  5. Ensure a clean and organized studio environment.
  6. Effectively communicate with the Wellcom team and clients.
  7. Mentor and train freelance photographers to achieve exceptional results.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in fine art reproduction photography.
  • Advanced expertise in lighting techniques and cross polarization.
  • Proficiency in using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of shoot production software and image editing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory and digital imaging principles.
  • Experience working with digital asset management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Fluency in both Cantonese and English languages.
  • Capacity to adapt to traditional photography methods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods.
