Position Overview

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in providing essential support to young individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver school-based services to secondary students.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate various activities for students on campus.
  • Implement diverse youth services within community youth spaces.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Entry Qualifications

Required Education:

A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or higher is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in both written Chinese and English
- Strong communication skills, adept at engaging with individuals
- Ability to work independently
- Previous relevant experience is preferred.

Certifications and Registration:

Must be registered as a social worker under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance.

Personal Attributes:

Outgoing personality with a positive mindset
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
- Enjoys interacting with youth
- Capable of working under pressure.

Additional Considerations:

For school-based positions, responsibilities may extend to youth space services outside of school hours.
- Five-day work week with potential for shift duties.
