Key Responsibilities

Drive and leverage technology refreshment and best practice service management principles to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, data center management, and valued end-user services.
Change ManagementAssist and monitor incoming production changes, ensuring they follow the change process and assess the risks and impacts of changes.
Change Scheduling and ReviewSchedule planned and urgent changes to smoothly transit to production, review documentation and procedures, and escalate problematic changes to Change Management.
Change Reporting and Follow-upFollow up on the status of production changes, follow up on failed changes, and update records to consolidate daily/weekly/monthly change reports.
Requirements
- Education
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
ExperienceThree years' experience in ITIL service management practices and knowledge in ITIL Service Management Model.
Technical SkillsHands-on experience in network & system implementation, knowledge in Windows, Linux system, network operations, system management, database administration & Cisco equipment, solid understanding of web monitoring and administration technologies with skills in areas of performance optimization, load balancing and network security.
Soft SkillsGood teamwork competency, good organizational and problem-solving abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, good responsibility and commitment to the assigned job, be open-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Language SkillsGood command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
