As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of railway assets, including structures, buildings, tunnels, slopes, retaining walls, noise barriers, trackside drainage, and advertising panels.

About the Position

This is a challenging position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for conducting structural inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs. Additionally, you will update and maintain procedures and work processes to minimize maintenance expenses and enhance safety and productivity.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level.
  • Possession of an arborist certification from the International Society of Arboriculture is an advantage for Tree and Landscape team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of structural maintenance in an operating railway environment is an advantage.
