The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster effective communication between healthcare providers, clients, and medical professionals to resolve issues related to pre-authorization requests.
  • Provide support with the evaluation and improvement of the pre-authorization process to ensure adherence to policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the analysis and reporting of pre-authorization metrics, team performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and development.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Work with relevant departments to address any discrepancies or challenges in the pre-authorization process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in healthcare administration, with a focus on provider relations.
  • Degree holder, ideally with LOMA certification or healthcare-related qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
