Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in backend development activities, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design discussions, conducting design and code reviews, and implementing products that connect the platform with developers and end-users.
  • Create prototypes for new ideas suggested by you and your team.
  • Take ownership of your projects, with the freedom to explore new technologies and approaches.
  • Identify challenges and develop solutions for complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms.
  • Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in Rust and/or Solana, as well as experience with server-side programming languages (e.g., NestJS, Node.js, Python, Java). Knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies is a plus (e.g., Next.js, React.js). Experience with AI code generation tools is a bonus (e.g., Amazon Q Developer, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.com, Aider).

You should have 6+ years of experience in backend development and be passionate about building top-tier products that address real-world problems. You should have experience with various technologies, be self-motivated, a quick learner, and possess a "get things done" mentality. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting requirements from diverse stakeholders.
