Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Facilities Director to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our facility management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our existing campus and buildings.

Main Duties:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and collaboration within the site.
  • Designing and recommending facility management models that meet our needs.
  • Collaborating with project teams to provide expert advice on building materials, services, and systems.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Preparing annual business plans and budgets, as well as managing resources to achieve cost control objectives.
  • Managing daily facilities operations, including infrastructure, public spaces, main buildings, and auxiliary buildings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in facilities management, property management, engineering, or surveying, plus relevant certifications in workplace safety.
  • At least 15 years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, and tourism, particularly in large scale campus management.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in a complex organizational structure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
