We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Officer, Building Services. This role involves providing technical support on various building services systems, including maintaining and improving the functionality, performance, and reliability of the systems as well as monitoring building services systems in terms of installation, operations, and maintenance.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and managing a group of contractors to perform daily/emergency maintenance and minor A+A works. They will also provide technical advice to both internal & external customers, enhance the technical expertise of the team in this aspect, and assist in budgetary control and preparation of quotations and relevant reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support on various building services systems.
  2. Lead a team of technicians and manage a group of contractors.
  3. Provide technical advice to both internal & external customers.
  4. Enhance the technical expertise of the team in this aspect.
  5. Assist in budgetary control and preparation of quotations and relevant reports.

Requirements:

  1. Higher Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years of practical experience in repairs, maintenance, and installation of E&M facilities or Building Maintenance.
  2. Familiar with the relevant local regulations and code of practice.
  3. Good technical knowledge of various E&M systems, especially standby generator system, UPS, chiller system, etc.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese.
  5. Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
  6. Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate of Grade A or above is an advantage.
  7. Holder of HK driving license (1) and (2) is an advance.
