We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our department as Senior Dealer II, Interest Rate Trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully commit and attain the assigned individual AOP;

• Handle dealings in IR and FX transactions within designated dealing authority independently;

• Provide competitive pricing of interest rate derivatives, FX, FX derivatives, XAU, and fixed income products to the Bank's customers;

• Assist in IR derivatives, FX, and Fixed Income products development and solutions for Bank's customers;

• Advise and execute investment opportunities and strategies, as well as keep abreast of market development and trends to Team Head;

• Support the Team Head in exploring and expanding further business opportunities and project development.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum three to seven years of relevant experience in treasury dealing in IR, FX, XAU & Bonds, etc.;
  • Stable and able to work responsibly in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong knowledge of computing skills in Excel and VB is definitely a plus;
  • Creative with strong analytical skills and sensitive to figures;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Dealer I, Interest Rate Trading.
