Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Officer (Residential) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing one of our residential properties, managing staff and service contractors, and handling resident inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation.
  • Monitor, supervise, and motivate property management staff and service contractors.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from residents.
  • Prepare annual budgets and organise meetings of the Owners' Committees.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related discipline or a membership of a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Higher Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level.
  • Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, the Owners' Committees, and the public.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applications.
  • Experience in managing high-end and large residential complexes is an advantage.
