Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely compilation and analysis of trading activities, leading efforts to gather, monitor, and interpret data effectively.

2. Support senior colleagues in delivering credit sales coverage to institutional and corporate clients, including but not limited to banks, securities firms, asset management companies, and hedge funds, fostering mutually beneficial relationships within the firm's target clientele.

3. Organize marketing initiatives and materials to provide comprehensive updates on fixed income products and solutions to clients.

4. Develop and maintain counterparty relationships to ensure robust and consistent execution outcomes for bond and foreign exchange products.

5. Enhance the offshore client network for Bond Connect.

6. Collaborate closely with traders to offer support and conduct analysis of the Asia fixed income market.

7. Execute ad-hoc analyses assigned by the team to assist in trading decisions.

8. Compile essential desk trading axes daily and produce regular summaries of trading and market activities for both internal stakeholders and external distribution.

9. Facilitate post-trade follow-ups by verifying the accuracy of all entries and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications:

1. A master's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution.

2. Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.

3. Uphold professional integrity and ethics, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.

4. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and engage with diverse clients across various products and scenarios in a dynamic work setting.

5. Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and driven approach.
