Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Customers

Job Description
Sr. Customer Success Engineer/TAMYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace's largest, most complex, and valuable customers.
This role involves constant collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, resolve intricate configuration issues, and foster growth of the customer's footprint.
- Triage and diagnose complex issues with Dynatrace solutions and integrations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Strategize on technical objectives and long-term goals of customers, aligning them with their business and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of products, and growth of customer footprint.
- Advocate for customers by understanding their goals and use cases, suggesting process improvements, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior.
- A track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers.
