About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions to drive strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop complex data models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the data science team to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in CRM, AI, and Client Analytics.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering.
  2. Minimum 3-4 years work experience as an analyst or in a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data wrangling tools.
  4. Experience with Power BI and Tableau data visualization tools.
  5. Able to work with various stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  6. Able to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
