We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at KIABI. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the corporate systems in a racked Windows/Intel environment and Cisco networking devices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting network problems. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining corporate systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Performing 1st and 2nd Tier User Support

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL standards and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
