**Job Description**

The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle all relevant compliance works of the company, including drafting and reviewing documents, participating in project-related meetings, etc.

In addition, the successful candidate will support compliance work for new projects/services related to payment systems and stored value facilities.

This includes conducting compliance self-assessments to meet regulatory requirements and supporting compliance aspects of local and cross-border business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills and be well-versed in regulatory updates and relevant compliance issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a degree in business or a related discipline and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred, as is a good understanding of ordinances related to the banking/financial industry and compliance rules, regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines.

The successful candidate will also be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
