The Role
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure design feasibility, working with designers, developers, and product managers to create experiences that bridge the gap between customer goals and Airwallex products.
  • Translate findings into usable, effective, efficient user experiences.
  • Test and validate hypotheses with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published products.
  • Turn data into user insights, contributing to the company's design system for sustainable, consistent design components and guidelines.
