Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to join our team at Endeavour Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT operations, including business applications and IT security compliance.

• The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in business application development, IT operations, and project management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in teams or projects.
• They will have extensive experience managing IT service operations, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure efficient and secure IT environments.
• A strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective use and enhancement of business applications across the organization.
• Create architecture designs to guide IT's development and investment.
• Oversee application projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor application performance metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and diagnose application-related issues.
