Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Asia Regional Business Comex to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the Asia CMI Steering Committee to ensure alignment with regional objectives.
  • Be part of the respective Global IT Comex dedicated to the Asset Class to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Co-lead the IS Strategy definition and ensure the IT Division delivers according to the Business and IT strategy.
  • Oversee the quality of IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Accountable for IT production stability and the continuous improvement of day-to-day production quality.
  • Main contact point for business comex and escalation for the IT Filiere in Asia.
  • Manage IT resources within the Asia Regional Filiere effectively.
  • Oversee the budget for IT within the Asia Regional Filiere.
  • Drive proper IT governance globally and across Asia.
  • Ensure operational efficiency of the team and provide guidance to achieve the business and Global CMI IT Division's goals and strategies.

Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in IT, with 10+ years of experience in investment banking, including 5+ years in management.
  • Experience in team and resource management with local and overseas teams.
  • Experience in managing IT support and development teams is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Proactive and quick learner, independent, and proven ability to work under tight targets and pressure.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills Required

  • Good understanding of the business from Pre-trade, eTrading, position, and risk monitoring to back-office processing.

Language

Good command of English.
