Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the offshore data engineering team based in China.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between the on-site and offshore teams.
  • Mentor and guide the team, especially in Python, Airflow, and Spark technologies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines primarily using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
