Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to internal users on desktop software, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Outlook.
  • Support conference room audio-visual equipment and video conferencing tools.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and other support teams.
  • Handle escalations and complaints under general end-user support cases.
  • Work independently to resolve technical issues.
  • Install, maintain, move, and change desk-side services for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues and report to line managers or supervisors.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in end-user support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
