Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement IT security policies that align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend security controls to mitigate potential risks and threats.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IT security best practices.
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will have a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with minimum 10 years of IT experience and 4 years at a supervisory level. Valid certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or CISSP are highly preferred. Experience in software-defined networks, cloud infrastructure, and IT security policy design is also desirable.
