Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Valet Runner to join our team at Marriott International. As a Valet Runner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the smooth operation of our valet services, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the unloading of their items in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Deliver laundry and dry cleaning to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry cleaning, ensuring that all items are properly handled and stored.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the appropriate personnel and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest service, safety, and security.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
