Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Group Head of Tax and Deputy Group Head of Tax in tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, desktop research, international tax advisory, group restructuring, tax planning, and M&A projects.
  • Identify and implement tax efficient structures across Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
  • Manage tax compliance works, including corporate income tax filings in Hong Kong and matters involving cross-border remittance and overseas capital gains tax filing.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years relevant experience in taxation field, preferably with international tax experience.
  • A professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of the prevailing Hong Kong and PRC tax legislation, and their practical application.
