Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping and landscape teams at The Repulse Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness across the entire complex, including apartments, The Club, and public areas.

• Manage external service providers, including cleaning and landscaping, to ensure their performance meets standards through capacity and quality management.
• Establish and implement cleaning procedures and standards to uphold cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Complex.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed.
• Develop and contribute to the strategic planning of the housekeeping teams in line with company directions.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations and optimize workflow efficiency.

1. Degree holder in property, housing management, or related disciplines.
2. A minimum of 5 years of housekeeping management experience with extensive knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and standards.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Proactive, independent, well-organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
