Job Role: Fashion Designer & Developer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Fashion Designer & Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing products, sourcing fabrics, conducting market research, working collaboratively with other teams, and creating product presentations.

Main Accountabilities:

• Design and develop garments that match the brand's style and aesthetic;\
• Select suitable fabrics for each product line;\
• Analyze market trends to stay updated on the latest fashion developments;\
• Closely work with Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams from product conception to launch;\
• Streamline sample-making processes and ensure their timely completion;\
• Prepare engaging product presentations for stakeholders.\
• Required Skills and Experience:\
  • \
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ladies' wear R&D;\
  • A strong passion for fashion and excellent design abilities;\
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages;\
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D software (Browzwear or CLO) is preferred;\
  • Ability to travel occasionally.\
