- Oversee the project's profit and loss, delivering consistent performance and analytical reports to both clients and the management team.
- Supervise the logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet warehouse KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to facilitate seamless daily operations.
- Develop policies and establish operational procedures for inventory, warehouse, and logistics management.
- Define and meet KPIs in agreement with clients, conducting regular internal KPI assessments.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance cost efficiency.
- Monitor and provide recommendations for all current, prospective, or renewal business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor team members, executing personnel functions related to recruitment and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the third-party logistics industry and subcontractor management; experience in fashion, lifestyle, and apparel sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to make informed decisions and work effectively under pressure, addressing complex issues with adaptability.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with a self-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidates with varying levels of experience may be considered for Senior Manager or Assistant Manager positions.
