Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain.
  • Create clean, efficient, and well-maintained code following industry best practices and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend and mobile developers, QA, PMs, and Product Owners, to create robust Solana applications.
  • Improve performance and manage capacity to ensure seamless operation at scale.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of Solana services.
  • Regularly review code and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team development and maintain code quality.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, offering practical and scalable solutions.
  • Participate in technical research and propose improvements to the technology stack.

About You:

  • Prior experience in Solana blockchain development, supported by a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Familiarity with Rust or another programming language suitable for Solana development.
  • Deep understanding of Solana's architecture and ecosystem, including smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
  • Experience with database technologies like Postgres and Redis, along with knowledge of other NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Further experience in front-end or back-end development is advantageous.
