Job Description
The Senior Merchandiser will report to the Merchandising Manager, working within a team of three members. Key responsibilities include product development, costing estimation, lab testing, and production follow-up. The candidate will also participate in price negotiations, collaborate with customers on sample development and order processing, and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in toys merchandising, including product development. Prior experience servicing theme park customers globally is highly desirable. Knowledge of BOM and cost evaluation, as well as solid experience in product development and order arrangement, are essential. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
