Role Overview

The Facial Therapist will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial therapy experiences that drive product and service sales. Through thorough consultations and tailored services, they will build strong relationships with guests and contribute to Aesop's commercial success.

Key Requirements

• Three years' experience in a reputable Beauty Salon, Facial Studio or Day Spa
• NVQ level 2, 3 in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
• Current First Aid certificate
• Demonstrated experience in achieving retail targets
• High attention to detail
• Proven ability to present ideas and facts clearly and compellingly
• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
• Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
