Job Overview:

ConnectedGroup is seeking a Senior Engineer Data Center Infrastructure to manage operations functions at the facility. The successful candidate will guarantee business continuity and operations excellence.

Main Duties:

  • Assign and supervise work orders to the technical team.
  • Provide technical support for facilities-related issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Report facility and data server events within SLA.
  • Schedule and implement planned maintenance work.
  • Prepare procurement requests.
  • Support fit-out works and handover of premises.

Required Skills:

  • Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
  • Familiarity with UPS, Gensets, chiller plants, LV switchboards, and CRACs.
  • Electrical Worker License Grade A or Above beneficial.
