Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including definition of milestones and deliveries.
  • Work with stakeholders and manage project resources to drive execution according to the plan.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • SUPPORT THE PREPARATION AND COMPLETION OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION ACCORDING TO APPROVED PROJECT MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES.
  • LEAD AND LIAISE WITH END USERS AND IT IN SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS.
  • ENSURE OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS OF ASSIGNED PRODUCT AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in project management, preferably gained from the banking sector.
  • Experience in credit control from counterparties, limit, collateral and covenant in loan application implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of a variety of banking products, best practices and technology, experience in Credit and Risk Management on Loan Application Workflow, Data Extraction and Reporting implementation in a banking environment.
  • Experience in core banking mainframe environment is highly preferable.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Prior experience in system conversion and business integration projects is a definite advantage.
