Company Overview:
The Shenendehowa Central School District is seeking a culturally proficient individual to serve as a school monitor at High School East. Our ideal candidate will foster an engaging environment where students can develop confidence in their own success.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, ascertain their business, and ensure appropriate safety protocols are taken before permitting/directing the individual(s) to the proper location;
  • Take attendance and ensure the whereabouts for students that are on campus but not in assigned classrooms; issue passes to students who are late to class, and may escort or transport assigned students between classes within the school;
  • Oversee and monitor student behaviors, may act as liaison to raise issues/concerns to the attention of teachers, counselors, and/or administrators;
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with staff and administration;
  • Maintain accurate records and perform various administrative tasks as required.
