Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandiser to join our team at JPC TEXSON LTD.

About the Role:

The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies, understanding customer behavior, collaborating with buyers, and building partnerships to drive revenues and margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Liaise with sales teams to communicate product development and order information.
  4. Work closely with manufacturers and teammates to source products, manage quotations, and follow up on orders.
  5. Negotiate prices and resolve problems related to product quality and delivery.
  6. Ensure compliance with product standards and quality requirements.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors and factories to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of merchandising experience in trims, packaging, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin languages.
  • Solid experience in independently following up on development and orders.
  • Possible travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations.
