Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate, review, and analyze the Group's IFRS 9 & 17 balance sheet, income statement, and disclosure notes.
  • Support the preparation of relevant Group's IFRS 9 & 17 reports, board materials, external disclosure materials, and other financial documents.
  • Review and analyze IFRS accounting policies and methodologies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and enhance IFRS analytics and forecasting capabilities to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with local business units to provide IFRS analytics support and guidance.
  • Support the Group's external financial result announcement process by collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information and data.
  • Produce financial reports related to quarterly results announcements and analyze and summarize financial and operational information to drive business forward.
  • Develop financial information models and databases to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for management meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or master's degree in actuarial science, finance, accounting, or other business disciplines.
  • Be a qualified actuary or accountant, or have good progress in actuarial professional examination.
  • Have a strong understanding of financial reports and insurance business.
  • Experience working with publicly traded companies is preferred.
  • Be a team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, driven, self-motivated, flexible, and enjoy challenges.
  • Have strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) and presentation skills, with fluency in spoken and written Chinese preferred.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
