About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing systems and managing end-to-end lifecycles across different functions. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility for:
  • Assisting in the development and execution of project plans and strategies for server upgrades project and IT infrastructure changes management.
  • Coordinating activities among various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Serving as a liaison between the IT team, Head Office, local business units, and external vendors.
  • Leading projects meetings and providing progress updates reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in IT infrastructure.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Providing expert advisory and guidance to the IT team throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in IT projects experiences.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects, particularly in a banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bank IT infrastructure and server upgrade processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the banking or insurance industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools.
