Job Description

As a Data Analytics Expert at BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation. Reporting to the Program Lead of Wellness Ecosystem Program named "Live Young" under Digital, Innovation & Growth Department, you will be part of the energetic Live Young team to drive changes and business impact for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in managing the overall data analytics framework for the loyalty program ("Live Young") to drive customer loyalty and increase customer sales.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams on customer segmentation & analysis together with campaign performance to develop analytics reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  3. Analyze and prepare regular and ad-hoc management and business reports to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  4. Understand business priorities and requirements, finding opportunities where analytics can build business value and insights.
  5. Translate business needs into tangible analytics hypotheses, locate relevant data points, and craft the end-to-end pipeline, including frontend presentation design.
  6. Serve as the link with business users to develop, validate, and implement successful data insights.
  7. Participate in GenAI development, work with internal/external IT partners for deployment, and hands-on coding on RAG framework (e.g. LangChain).

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, information management, or analytics areas.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in data analytics and CRM background.
  3. Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must.
  4. Understanding of Agentic RAG and hands-on coding experience is highly preferred.
  5. Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skills are highly preferred.
  6. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, numerical sense, and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  7. Client (including internal clients) engagement experience is strongly required.
  8. Knowledge in data pipeline and data modeling is highly preferred.
  9. Experience in leading development projects in the FS industry is preferred.
