About the Position
We are looking for a talented researcher to contribute to our dynamic and rapidly evolving fields with significant impact across biophysics, biochemistry, medicine, and advanced materials.
The appointee will be expected to:
- Establish and lead independent and impactful research projects
- Conduct high-quality and rigorous research, pushing the frontiers of knowledge in the chosen research areas
- Publish high-quality research papers in leading international journals
- Secure research funding by preparing and submitting competitive grant proposals
- Explore opportunities for industry-sponsored funding
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers and research students
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree and post-doctoral research training from an internationally recognized university
- Demonstrated expertise and strong track records in the following areas: Aqueous Two-Phase Systems, Biomicrofluidics, Novel Device Technologies, or Soft Matter for Bioengineering
- Proven ability to independently design, execute, and lead research projects, and apply for funding
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
