About the Role

The Mass Transit Railway is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers in delivering E&M works for railway projects. You will also be required to undertake technical reviews on existing railway asset replacement studies and provide recommendations on key E&M technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers in delivering E&M works for railway projects.
  • Undertake technical reviews on existing railway asset replacement studies.
  • Provide recommendations on key E&M technical issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in incident reviews and investigations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve E&M system performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in management of the design / construction / maintenance of E&M systems.
  • Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
