We are a luxury fashion brand based in Hong Kong, looking for an experienced pattern maker to join our team. As a pattern maker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality garments that meet the highest standards of our brand.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our fashion designer to develop patterns, prototypes, and production-ready designs. You will also be involved in sample making, fittings, and garment construction, ensuring that our products meet the required standards of quality and fit.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the fashion designer to create patterns and prototypes
* Develop production-ready designs and ensure accurate specifications
* Conduct fittings and make adjustments as needed
* Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a pattern maker in the fashion industry
* Excellent knowledge of garment construction and textile technology
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
