This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance and Repair Professional to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing regular electrical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
- Providing expert advice on contingency planning and emergency response procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues to implement and review maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to contractual and statutory requirements
- Monitoring work progress, quality, and resource allocation to minimize costs
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and holding a valid electrical license
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building services, repair, and maintenance, as well as E&M project management
- Excellent knowledge of current legislations, engineering design practices, and facilities management principles
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
